Mercians,
I am thinking of organising a ski trip in Early January 2020.
I hope this inspirational video of our dear leader skiing will help enthuse you all to come:
https://vimeo.com/369186194
Budget:
probably around £800pp for accommodation (half board) and transport there. Lift passes, gear hire etc. will cost more on top. For example, a Dolomiti Superski lift pass is 330 euros for 7 days.
Where?
I am thinking of heading to dolomites in Italy, or perhaps Austria.
Let me know if any of you are keen, by signing up here. I need to know numbers to get some sensible quotes, so please sign up by midnight Thursday or miss out!

Re: Skiing Jan 2020
My finest hour. Fabian, alas I have about 3 days holiday remaining to take me through to April the 1st so I can't make it.

All
Amandeep is unfortunately having to drop out of the ski trip. If anyone is interested in taking her space, please let us know.
The trip is booked for w/c 11th Jan, travelling down on the ski train on fri eve. Location is La Plagne, and a cosy catered chalet with free flowing wine and cake.
La Plagne is an ace location to build confidence on the snow, while also being part of a huge ski area to blast around.
People going are team boarders: Fab, Joel, myself, and skiiers: Beth, Louise
