I can make potato and mackerel dauphinoise one night, with assorted veg. Veggies, I'm happy to omit the mackerel from a portion if you'd like just potato dauphinoise and veg. Let me know if you'd like some.

PS: website says fully equipped kitchen so I'm assuming there is an oven. If not, I'll wing it.

I'm happy with the fish and veg but someone can have my fancy spud thing unless you can do a dairy free version.

I am going to have to give up my hut space. I can't get a dog sitter for the whole time so Bracken and I will be in the van.

Also Julie and I are offering to do food. Moroccan chicken tajine with couscous. Option to do butternut squash and chickpea tajine for veggies if they want.

Jules/Sandy, please could I have the veggie version of the tagine.

Noone fancies doing night three then.... Is there a decent food pub nearby we could go to?
