Great day

Followed a few hours later by Gin & Tonic on the lawn outside the hut if memory serves Lou, watching folk return to the hut in drips and drabs after their various outings.

Ah, that wasn't what it looked like for me that year. I was shivering at a bitterly cold Crich while you lot were living it up with snow and g and ts.

So.....this came up on my Facebook feed today from 3 years ago.....Black Rock cottage. Easter 2017.

It's hard to choose just one photo isn't it!? So many great memories. I'm going with this one of Anna and I at the summit of Triglav in Slovenia, a few days after my 30th (holiday birthdays are the best). That holiday we stayed in an amazing house with a hot tub in the garden, had a Christmas to celebrate my birthday, spent a couple of days walking and via ferrata-ing our way up and down Triglav, climbed in the sun and swam in beautiful mountain lakes. All the the tune of 'Mysterious Girl' by Peter Andre! Top holiday.

I am going to submit this photo documentary I made for the faff from a lovely summer holiday in the Cairngorms in 2017.
