It’s a bit tricky for me to pick one track, but it would have to be something from a Mahler symphony I guess. I’ll go for the final bit of Mahler’s 2nd Symphony which would count as a track.
Am I allowed to award myself the bonus points?

I guess you can award yourself bonus points Matt, but may never secure the services of a belayer ever again.

Can we have bonus points for the song that inspires the most outrage.....
You've got to watch the video!

Very interested to hear what you think of the horse as well as the song Matt, I know you have strong opinions on such matters.

How did you even stumble upon this Beth? It is genius.
Re: Armchairmans Challenge: Kettle music.
I showed it to her! Check out their other hits such as "I wanna fight your father" and "I like to shift girls".
For my suggestion I was going to go for the band which originated the "tricky listen" catchphrase (yourcodenameis:milo) but I'm going to stick vaguely with the classical theme and go with Unravel by Oceansize which features a sample from Ravel's Le Gibet

That’s amazing Beth.
The Le Gibet one is good also. I used to try bits of Gaspard de la Nuit which it’s from on the piano when I was at music school but I could never really get anywhere near it. It’s generally considered the hardest of all piano pieces if you can have such a thing.

Lou, brilliant choice!!
I'm going with this one:
https://youtu.be/OSspSfILzXM
Which yes, seems risky.
It's a simple piece. But enjoyable to play and a nice one to switch off with.
My Aunt who taught me piano introduced me to this piece. It was about the furthest she would go from classical music!
