I can show you the world
Shining, shimmering, splendid
Tell me, Mercians
Now, when did you last let your heart decide?
I can open your eyes
Take you wonder by wonder
Over, sideways and under
On a magic carpet ride...

The Duddon Valleyyyyyyyyyy! A new fantastic point of view!

That's right, it's a less travelled part of the Lakes for us in February heading to the Wallabarrow Hut in the Duddon Valley. A good crag right behind the hut with several other climbing venues and walkable hills in easy reach - who could fail to love it.

THis coincides with our Scotland Snow Week(end) so this is a slightly smaller hut but perfectly formed. 10 places available at £17pppn

I'll cook a lamb curry (DF) and Paneer curry (V), please let me know numbers as it will be cooked before the meet.

If the paneer curry needs to be vegan, let me know and tofu can be substituted, but I need to know by Tuesday latest.

I'm happy to cook. Will probably some form of veg and pasta in a tomato based sauce.

Dietary requirements I'm aware of: at least one non-meat eater and one dairy free. Any thing else?

I will also aim for wholemeal pasta, unless there are objections.

That Lamb curry sounds delicious Dan! I’d definitely be up for that. Also if there’s anything I can cook/bring anyone, let me know! Want to pull my weight 😂
