Its time to the final meet of the year (unless you count New Year). We will be staying at the Helyg hut in the Ogwen valley, within sight of Wales's finest mountain.

Hike - up Tryfan
Bike - to the foot of Tryfan and bask in its majesty
Climb - pretty much anywhere you like on Tryfan, its all good.

How much does a superb hut in an excellent location cost? Just £13pppn. Only 13 spaces available, so be quick.

We'll bring Christmas music and a speaker - unlike the annual dinner there's no neighbours to annoy, except the sheep.

Also happy to do mulled ale again if people are keen?

Someone will need to collect the key fob from me for the hut. I'll be at the wall on Tue and Thur next wk hopefully, and committee meeting on Wed.

Happy to collect it Huw. Or Ruth maybe. We’ll see which of us thinks we’ll get there first.

I'm happy to do sausage (posh butchers sausages), mash, onion gravy and brocolli for dinner, so you have something to wash down with your mulled ale.
