Its time to go back to Wales, and the shiny new Cae Ysgubor hut. Situated on the outskirts Beddgelert, its in a ideal location for visiting that ice cream everybody raves about (which is closed at this time of year). But never mind that, what is there to do.

Hike - The ridge of Moel Hebog, Moel Ogof, Moel Lefn. If its possible, I'm not sure.
Bike - Up to Rhyd Duu, over into Cwm Pennant and back to Beddgelert via Aberglaslyn.
Climb - Tremadog, but your probably dreaming at this time of year.

I would be happy to cook the main course for Saturday evening.
It will be beef bolognaise and fusilli pasta with the following ingredients:
Lean mince beef
Onion
Green pepper
Mushrooms
Chopped tomatoes
Oregano
Tomato puree
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Soya sauce
Optional grated chedder cheese
