Glen Brittle, Skye, w/c 30 May 2020

Success! We're going to Skye!
Hillwalking, scrambling, biking, swimming, climbing, running, even kayaking, take your pick!
Given how variable the weather can be on the west coast of Scotland, we are going to stay in the Glen Brittle Memorial Hut, which sits in the valley right below the Cuillin Ridge.

There is also a campsite by the beach about 1km away. This cannot be booked in advance, it is first come first served but could be a good option for anyone who doesn't want to commit but may decide nearer the time to join us.

We were unsuccessful in the lottery for w/c 23rd May, but successful for the w/c 30th May. This is probably the best chance of good weather, no snow on the ridge, and isn't too close to our Easter Scotland jaunt.
The hut has 3 rooms of 6, plus a twin wardens room which we can use. Hut fees are £13 pppn, due in advance and non-refundable. For this reason, we would all have to pay hut fees in advance, rather than on the meet as is the norm. Payment is due in February, after which, if you change your mind, you will not be able to get a refund of your fees, unless someone else takes your place.
Please let us know if you cannot make w/c 30th May (7 nights) or if you want to come late/leave early etc.
