Hello Mercians,

Our next meet is to the rather wonderfully placed K-Fellfarers club hut, High House. This is at the head of the Borrowdale valley in Seathwaite (note, if you use sat-nav, check you're heading to the correct Seathwaite as there is more than one in the Lakes!).

Lots of lovely mountains for you to enjoy, straight out of the front door. If we're lucky, we might get some of the white stuff, and Great End, one of the Lakes' most reliable winter climbing spots, is only a stones throw away.
