Hello

Anglesey camping attempt number 2. Heres the blurb from last time, copied and pasted for maximum laziness.

Camping season is upon us. We will be going to Holyhead in the furthest most corner of Anglesey. 2 nights, from Friday 13/5 to Sunday 15/5.

Gogarth and Holyhead mountain are both close by for climbing, a short walk brings you to a sheltered cove for swimming, or you could take the coastal path around the headland.

Loads of spaces have been booked at £11 per night. There is an on site shop, free Wifi (if you cant stand to be away from the interweb for 3 days), all the usual stuff for a posh campsite. See link below.

Sign up if you've got nothing better to do.

Also, the weather is going to be scorchio.

Cheers
Adam

I will not join you on this weekend. Last weekend I had two wonderful sunny days on Friday and Saturday and left on a wet Sunday morning. I thought it was a beautiful camp site and when I arrived I was the only tent. The camp site staff are pleasant and welcoming. They do offer a good cooked breakfast from 8 to 10 am. I hope you all have a good weekend.

Hi all

Put me down for this one - any other London Mercians need a lift, the drive will be horrible I'm sure? Probably aiming to get a half day so I can get on the road a bit sooner.

Looking forward to catching up with you again.

Hi Chris, tried messaging you, but don't think it worked. I would like a lift on Friday, please. What time are you leaving Birmingham?

Hi Clare - As I'm travelling up from London, I was aiming to give a lift from here and it would be very hard for me to pin down a time I'd be passing Birmingham, if I even go that way (google knows some interesting shortcuts). Maybe you can arrange something more local?

Sorry folks - I can't get out early tomorrow and it's a looong way, so not going to make it. Will try my best to get to another meet soon (Peak District would save me a few miles). Have a great weekend.
