Some won't have even unpacked from the last meet yet, but the next meet is now open for booking. This time in the Lakes - at the Agnes Spencer Hut, Patterdale owned by Cleveland MC.

Cost: £10 pppn

Fire: Coal is included so no need to take any of your own.

Car parking: Only 8 spaces available so squash up if need be!

Sorry folks, the hut cannot give us any more beds so the best option for those on the reserve list is the YHA as Stew suggested - they currently have availability from £10 per night. It might be an idea to post on here if you have booked so we know you are coming. Laira/Joel/Pierce/Fran please let me know what your plans are and I'll amend. Thanks J

About time we showed up - Brian and Pauline. Aiming to get there Friday lunchtime and will go on to Cockermouth Sunday night.

The SOTA guys say there is a fair bit of snow, lets hope it is still there for the meet!

A popular meet this one, and rightly so.

If anyone else fancies coming the YHA is just down the road in Glenridding. Last time we stayed at this hut about three people stopped in the YHA. You'd be welcome to join in the Saturday evening meal at the hut but would probably need to eat your meal on your laps (well, on a plate on your laps, you know what I mean!) as the table isn't huge.

Joel and I have discussed it and we'd be happy to stay at the youth hostel so you and Fran can come on the meet and stay at the hut. I remember you guys saying you'd like to attend.
