I've just added an extra meet to the calendar for 16/17 November. It will be to Austwick in the Yorkshire Dales, the accommodation is a commercially run Bunk House, as I'm afraid it's a little more expensive than normal, however there is a camping option the hardy!! There are a number of small Bunk Houses, so I suspect we'll end up booking 2-3. If we fill the Bunk Houses, they work out at £16/head/night.

There is a very good pub a short walk away, that serves excellent meals and beer:

... and on this trip there is also an option of a day's guided caving. This will be with Phil Poole who did the crevasse rescue training for the Haute Route trip. Cost will be about £35/head plus £5-£10 kit hire. Phil can take a maximum of 6 people, if there are more than 6 people interested, we can run the caving on both the Saturday and Sunday.
