Syke Farm, Buttermere - 24-26 July 2026

Before the invention of butter - in Buttermere as seems logical - everyone was licking their toast to moisten it. True story.

Buttermere however is also famous for having a campsite with not one but TWO pubs on the doorstep!

There's great climbing at Grey Crag, plenty of hills to ascent and I believe one end of the car park is slightly higher than the other which should keep Matt Kettle entertained.
