I should add to Tom's intro to day that in the day it might be layers on but in the evening it's glad rags on as the annual dinner is the one time of the year that we scrub up and put the suits and sparkle on.

I've added Andy to the meet and removed Josie for the time being. As Josie is neither a member nor a prospective member, paid-up members take precendence. If we have any dropouts Josie is welcome to attend though she will attract the non-member supplement to the hut fee unless her subscriptions are paid (as this is not her first meet).

I may be able to request extra beds if we have no dropouts nearer the time.
