This post it to gauge interest in a Mercian Snow Week(end) in 2026! We've previously done trips to Scotland in February in search of snow and ice but they've been fallow for a while now.
I will search for accommodation based on the number of people signed up here - be warned it may be private accom rather than a hut which could be more expensive than a usual meet.
I would ask that you only sign up if you are firmly interested - no speculative signups please! There will be non-refundable deposits involved.
It will be 11-15 February so would also involve a couple of days off work. Selfishly, this is to coincide with Beth's half term but there have to be some perks of being meet sec....
Depending on the number and the demographic of signups, there may still be a regular meet in February too.
